Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete on-site project scope that relates to store renovations and new builds throughout the entire TFG Trading Divisions
  • Control and coordinate the entire construction of the store design, including display requirements, as well as all associated suppliers or contractors
  • Forecast plan, manage and reconcile budget allotted to the new and revamped store constructions.
  • Find, negotiate and manage on-site contractors and suppliers.
  • Manage all TFG requirements for developers and Landlords, and negotiate in favor of TFG specifications.
  • Ability to conceptualize store designs based on the CAD drawings of store concept designs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant 3-year qualification – Architectural / Project Management
  • Minimum of 3-5 years Experience in Project Management or Experience in Retail Operations
  • Experience working with SAP, MS Projects and MS Excel.
