AHRI Fellowship Offers
This is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship based in Durban, with work across both AHRI campuses. The project focuses on the impact of the 2022 KwaZulu-Natal floods on public health and how to improve responses. The selected researcher will join a top-level multidisciplinary team working on climate change and health.
Who Can Apply for This Role
Candidates must hold a PhD in economics, social sciences, development studies, or related fields. Those who recently completed their PhD are also welcome. The PhD should not be older than five years. Strong skills in both quantitative and qualitative research are important. Experience with data, workshop coordination, or community-level research is a plus. Knowing isiZulu will also help.
