Job Requirements
- The Matric or Grade 12 is required.
- Minimum NQF Level 6 in the field of training and Development/Education Management / B-Tech HRM/OD ETD / the Learning Development Advisor (LDA) is necessary.
- Minimum three years of experience in a developing and learning as well as Skills Development setting.
- Minimum two years of experience in the assessment assurance processes is helpful.
- You must have a basic knowledge of education, training and quality assurance procedures.
- It is essential to have a good knowledge about the Skills Development Act.
- It is essential to understand the the Occupational Qualification Sub-Framework Policy.
- It is essential to be computer literate at a middle stage.
- You must be able to show a valid driver’s license.
