Job Description For Learning Technology Internship

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of new learning tools and technologies.
  • Assist with the integration and migration of platforms
  • Administer the Learning Management System setup and configuration, which includes System configuration settings
  • Administer user access, audience targeting
  • Manage the content management
  • Follow the guidelines for platform standards
  • Assist in troubleshooting, making sure the platform is functioning as it should
  • Manage the analysis of scenarios and system testing
  • Provide technical assistance to users.
  • Create and edit digital learning content with Content Management System and other tools. Content Management System and other tools
  • Establish standards and procedures for the creation of custom content
  • Verify that data sources are reliable and conduct periodic tests to validate the authenticity of existing report data
  • Make sure that the needs of business data are met with automated reporting systems or manual reporting
  • Work with internal or external parties to collect requirements and ensure the alignment

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant diploma or degree in IT, HR or related field
  • A keen interest in pursuing a career in HR

Skills

  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Computer literacy and well versed in using Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel) will be advantageous
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting and learner management.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with learners, trainers, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills with sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • High resilience and agility with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to work independently and have good interpersonal skill
