Main Purpose Of Position
Coordinate and coordinate the department’s audit and administration documents needed.

Key Accountabilities
- Conciliate monthly schedules for Radio and TV
- Assist in the consolidation and coordination for Business Plan inputs
- Make sure it is the case that every FCC as well as Music Sheets have been sent to the station
- Coordinate the material deliveries required for timely delivery
- Make sure that all departmental recordkeeping conforms to Video Entertainment’s management plan for files guidelines.
- Co-ordinate the necessary internal and external audits.
- Assist in the creation of materials and presentations to be used during meetings and strategic sessions of planning to plan Radio output.
- Assist in the submission of divisional reports, presentations and other documents to different approval panels.
- Assist in the planning of workflows and the roll-out of new initiatives within the department.
- Make monthly schedules compatible for Radio
- Assures it is the case that every FCC as well as Music Sheets have been provided to the station
- Co-ordinate the delivery of required materials for timely delivery
- Check that the department’s record-keeping is in accordance with Video Entertainment’s management plan for files guidelines.
- Coordinate the external and internal audit requirements
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials that will be used during meetings and sessions for strategic planning. Radio output.
- Assist in the submission of divisional reports, presentations and other documents to diverse approval boards.
- Assist in the planning and implementation for new projects within the department.
- Check that you have all Departmental operational procedures as well as service level agreements and policies are reviewed and approved before being distributed in accordance with the needs of the department for all TV stakeholders.
- Reconciliate all Sport content with contractual obligations.
- All sports schedules for the month. to Radio
- Monthly reports on the delivery of language across all local sport magazine shows as well as live broadcasts of sport
- Assist in the preparation of documents and other information to publish to the Radio Digital platforms in order to guarantee continuous information sharing.
- Maintain contact with both stakeholders from both sides and maintain a reliable professional and professional relationship with everyone.
- Maintain and build positive relationships between the company and its customers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain contact with both internal and external parties on issues pertaining with departmental issues. Department and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders that are that are relevant to Video Entertainment
- Conformity and adhering to compliance with Department, Division and Organisational governance framework.
- Manage and report on and manage the Departmental Operational Risk Register as well as keep track of monthly reports and system updates.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Project Management or Media Studies Communication, Business Administration or related qualifications (NQF 6)
