Key performance areas
- Create and manage the community outreach component in the HOPE II CRS research.
- Develop work plans for community groups.
- Review the progress of team members and stakeholder engagement.
- Create/Review a work plan as well as other documents that support strategic projects to ensure the successful execution of research studies.
- Co-ordinate with external agencies like public health or NGO partners and community stakeholders.
- Community advisory board members and other members as needed.
- Manage and design participant recruitment and strategies for retention.
- Develop project tools such as SOPs, participant/beneficiary information materials, best practice documents, and other documents required.
- Provide training on the project process and projects.
- Create project reports for both external and internal distribution on a regular basis.
- The results are presented to the stakeholders.
- Create a list of home visits, and conduct home visits, and record the results.
- Create and distribute a Weekly Plan.
- Create monthly, weekly, daily reports if required.
- Be attentive to all staffing requirements and also administration.
- Supervise and supervise the tasks of subordinates, ensuring maximum utilization of staff members and the maintenance of a sound
- Relations with the workplace.
- Facilitate and assist in the development of performance and assessment.
- Find out if team members are performing poorly members and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Train and coach subordinates as well as Team members in order to facilitate development of the knowledge and skills needed through the organisation.
- Promote harmony, teamwork, and the sharing of knowledge.
- Control and coordinate activities of health professionals in the community and other members of the outreach team.
- Stakeholders should be involved in research and requirements for studies.
- Plan community-based events, as well as related events to study (for examples, the recruitment process or retention events).
- Maintain stakeholder databases, including mapping stakeholder relationships, coordination analysis, and updates of contact across CTU.

- Qualifications in tertiary education or related fields
Minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience in research or clinical health development and programs - A Post graduate degree in Public Health.
- Previous research experiences.
- GCP (Good Clinical Practice) certification.
- Project Management Skills.

- Excellent communication.
- Detail-oriented.
