Key performance areas

• Create and manage the community outreach component in the HOPE II CRS research.
• Develop work plans for community groups.
• Review the progress of team members and stakeholder engagement.
• Create/Review a work plan as well as other documents that support strategic projects to ensure the successful execution of research studies.
• Co-ordinate with external agencies like public health or NGO partners and community stakeholders.
• Community advisory board members and other members as needed.
• Manage and design participant recruitment and strategies for retention.
• Develop project tools such as SOPs, participant/beneficiary information materials, best practice documents, and other documents required.
• Provide training on the project process and projects.
• Create project reports for both external and internal distribution on a regular basis.
• The results are presented to the stakeholders.
• Create a list of home visits, and conduct home visits, and record the results.
• Create and distribute a Weekly Plan.
• Create monthly, weekly, daily reports if required.
• Be attentive to all staffing requirements and also administration.

• Qualifications in tertiary education or related fields
  Minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience in research or clinical health development and programs
• A Post graduate degree in Public Health.
• Previous research experiences.
