Introduction
The purpose of this position is to work closely with Senior Development Manager and liaise with retailers on trends, specifications within the built environment and to implement new ideas, procedures into retail through layouts, presentations and teamwork.
Key Performance Areas
- Create an initial brief document with all parties involved* Create as-built plans and an existing asset register
- On-site measurements of structures that are already in use
- Create the layout of your store, both existing and new plans
- Prepare a complete set of drawings that can be issued to the location.

Specifications - Document and manage pertinent details using the administrative
procedures - Prepare presentations in detail for interior design aesthetics in 3D
You will work in a group setting to meet targets and deadlines - Collect store pictures of both new and established stores
- Aptitude to space planning
- Coordinate with internal stakeholder on project
Minimum requirements
- Matric
- Diploma in Interior Design or Architectural Draughting
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Well trained Sketchup
- Well trained in Revit
- Knowledge of CoreIDraw advantageous
