PURPOSE OF POSITION
Letting a team of store employees attain business KPIs, which includes controlling costs, driving sales in limiting risks, minimizing loss of stock administration, and ensuring world high standards for the store.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To increase sales, focus on customer service and top store standards, maintaining the store’s image inventory management, and promotional implementation
- Loss of stock can be minimized through a positive business culture, and using security measures, inventory and cash handling processes.
- Maintain cost in line with the low cost culture of the company through achieving efficiencies in the store.
- Make sure that administrative tasks within the store are carried out in accordance with company guidelines.
- As a leader of a team of Dynamos as the leader of team coaching, training and performance.
- Standards – Maintain general safety, health and standard of housekeeping.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Proficient in English.
- A relevant tertiary degree – a degree or diploma in a related business or retail subject would be advantageous.
- It is recommended to have 1-2 years of experience within retail environments in an executive role.
- Computer Literate (Microsoft or Google GSuite is an advantage)
