Job description
- Find new wholesale and retail customers and maintain connections to Distributors, Spaza shops and other bulk/volume buyers, including Forecourts, Garages, Restaurants and schools, as well as community partnerships.
- Effectively Sell-in Twizza products and negotiate pricing that is competitive to ensure that orders are secured.
- Management of orders and Customer history, as well as the steps of the Call within Twizza Sales Mobile App. Twizza sales mobile App.
- Learn the profit levers needed to generate profitable growth and sustainable revenue including Trade Promo spend, discounts and Twizza Claim procedure and the required procedures and approvals needed to implement the same in a responsible manner to customers.
- ensure compliance with any new accounts for customers by ensuring that all customer details and supporting documents, and other information are in line with Finance guidelines and regulations to protect against future fraud or crime from customers.
- ensure timely delivery of orders and address any concerns of the customer promptly.
- Help the Finance teams with the management and collection of payments, ensuring the control of credit effectively.
- Examine sales figures per customer to determine performance versus goals, and identify areas for improvement and then adjusting strategies for sales accordingly.
- Accurate forecasting of sales to facilitate smooth planning and execution in the manufacturing process and availability of products.

Minimum requirements
- Mathematics in the 12th grade
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferable.
- Minimum of 3 years successful sales experience, particularly in the beverage industry including Retail and Wholesale channels.
- A valid driver’s license, as well as the ability to travel extensively in various locations.
