Job Description
This role is accountable to provide vital operational and administrative support to the regional manager. This position ensures the accuracy of information management, stock control reports, as well as communication flows to facilitate efficient daily operations and assist the process of making decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and collect daily sales and promotional feedback from team leaders and representatives.
- Consolidate sales data from control sheets by using WhatsApp groups.
- Check that all required fields are filled in and feedback is accepted by the representative.
- Ensure that team leaders and their agents have access to their weekly stock information.
- Make sure that all 50 starter packs for each agent have been accounted for.
- Confirm the airtime amount and dates and get that you have the approval of Reps.
Job Requirements
- Attention to detail is top-notch and excellent organizational abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills that are strong
- Expertise proficiency Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple projects and be able to meet deadlines
- A familiarity with Jira or any other ticketing system (advantageous)
- Active problem-solving and accountability
- Ability to work as an individual as part of the team
- Grade 12/ Matric (essential)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or administrative support position (will be helpful)
