Purpose

Provide an efficient reception service the welcoming of CCMA visitors and sending them to the right departments in order to run their businesses efficiently. Respond to external and internal calls as well as redirect calls to the proper individuals.

Key Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience as a receptionist/switchboard operator in a professional/corporate environment.
