Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the actions of his team
- Make clear, precise and easy-to-understand instructions that are clear, precise and understandable.
- Offer quick and clear feedback to the team
- Transfer all management directives and regular communication
- Make the roster of leaves for the team that he/she oversees.
- Plan training sessions for people in the time that they can avoid standing equipment
- Make sure that the employees of the team follow the health, safety, and environment regulations, rules and the standards
- To keep the daily attendance records of employees up-to-date and then give it to the foreman.
- Be aware of all dangerous practices and potential risky situations, correct and notify the foreman.
