Clover is seeking a Project Managers: Product & Packaging Development to manage all projects that are related to Product & Packaging Development activities, i.e. new products, product or packaging modifications, cost savings and/or optimization. Coordination of all project-related activities in the relevant areas

Clover Vacancies Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate the research and implementation of Marketing initiatives

• Control the allocated projects in accordance with the process of project management
• The scope of the project should be aligned with the plan and internal clients
• Conduct feasibility studies
• Inform all the role-players in the organization about progress of the project.
• Inform and update the project team regularly with information regarding progress
• Examine alternatives in a timely manner and then present them when a deviance of the project’s plan is observed
• Make sure that the people involved in the project engaged and motivated
• Be sure to follow the process of the project and give accurate time-plans
• Effective mobilisation, use and the management of project resources

Help with the implementation of 5 years portfolio plan (product roads maps) as per marketing strategies

• Create a system to coordinate the innovative platforms
• Keep track of new ideas and keep ideas databases
• Prioritise and evaluate ideas in conjunction along with marketing and any other pertinent duties

Perform administrative tasks

• Make detailed timetables and list the most important milestones of projects
• Conduct meetings of the project team using detailed agendas and notes including action points/tasks with responsible individuals and deadlines
• Do you conduct profit and comparative studies?
• Review, compare and get advice on P&L’s for products as well as Business Plans
• Audit and analyze the project’s to ensure its success
• Make sure that all administrative work is completed, i.e. product/item codes creation, BOM’s loading & changes, specification/profile documentation, etc. are completed on the appropriate resources.

• National Diploma relating to Packaging and/or Project Manager. English Fluent
• Computer literacy (Advanced)
• Experience working with upper management
• Relevant experience in implementing the concepts, techniques, and procedures at the appropriate degree
• Code 08 Driver’s licence
• People management experience
