Duties And Responsibilities
- A skilled Tech Support Specialist with a minimum of 3-5 years experience is required to provide a comprehensive technical support and to maintain our IT infrastructure
- Technical Troubleshooting: Find and fix technical issues that involve hardware, software, and networks
- Infrastructure Management: Help with the management and maintenance of network devices, servers and other IT infrastructure
- Project Support: Work closely in conjunction with IT group members for larger IT projects, offering technical expertise and assistance
- User Support: Provide immediate assistance to users, including problems related to computers hardware, software, and. This includes establishing new user accounts as well as controlling access control
- Instruction and guidance: Provide training and support to users in order to improve their understanding of systems as well as applications.
- Documentation: Keep detailed documentation about technical concerns, their resolutions and user-related requests. Update and create IT procedure and documentation
- Security compliance: Assure that you adhere to IT security procedures and policies and aid in taking security precautions
- Coordination with Vendors: Work with other vendors to coordinate the service and repair of machines, as well as software

Requirements
