Job Description

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering an exciting job within our manufacturing department. We are looking for skilled people with relevant skills and experience to fill an Quality Assurance in-service position at CCBSA. Candidates who are successful will be directly accountable on to Quality Assurance Manager. Quality Assurance Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct quality tests as well as to create reports to inform customers of non-conformance specifications to ensure that products’ quality as well as the packaging is maintained to the company’s standards, costs are kept to a minimum and the records are accessible for auditing to be used for audits. A basic understanding of microbiology biochemistry, chemistry and maths related to food processing, laboratory policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Mathematics and Physical Science, with 40 percent (NOT the Mathematics Literacy)
• There were two South African Languages passed with 40 percent.
• Learning towards Microbiology or Biotechnology, Food Technology or any other related qualifications
• Theoretical modules have been completed and need practice to be completed in order to earn the certification
• Willing to finish In-Service/ Experiential Training in the workplace
• Do not have been through an in-service trainee program with a different organization or company.
