Job brief
We are seeking a passionate HR Intern who will join us and provide valuable assistance for Our HR department. This position will provide an opportunity to gain practical experience working in HR operations. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to assist in the organization of events for your company and get exposure to various aspects that HR managers face.
HR Function
- Update, post and remove ads for jobs from career and job board pages. * Screen resumes and applications
- Set up and confirm interview dates with the candidates
- Conducting background checks on candidates
- Send feedback from the interview to applicants
- Address employee queries about benefits
- Participate in the organization of corporate events and career days.
- Help with the onboarding of employees and orientation procedures.
- Assist in the administration of employee information, and applications for employment
- Sort documents, including the files of new employees
- Be a ambassador for culture and create an environment that is healthy and that is in line with the company’s values.
Requirements
- A degree from Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
- Experience using MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational and ability to communicate.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities and focus on detail.
- Ability to work in a team as well as in the team.
- A person with an open mind and a determination to be a student.
