Responsibilities for Graphic Designer
- Creative Graphic Design for large-scale marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Graphic design support to the marketing department in the nation
- Assist in Graphic Design edits and DTP
- Social Media Content creation
- Research on design & market to determine trends
- Conceptualizing visuals on the basis of the requirements
- Assist with Photoshoots/Videoshoots & image editing
- All roll-outs of campaign-related content (Digital and Print)
- Innovative thinking that generates fresh ideas and concepts
- An knowledge of Brand Building
- Follow the briefs provided and adhere to deadlines
- Review and adjust designs based upon feedback
- General Assistance to Marketing Department
- Motion Graphics (Advantage)
Requirements for Graphic Designer
- Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design
- Need to be able to demonstrate a high degree of imagination
- Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, Photoshop & In-design (Essential)
- Adobe Creative Cloud – After Effects/Premier Pro (Advantage)
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Graphic Design
- Deadline driven
- Excellent layout and design skills
- Have a keen eye for photography
- General concept and the design of content
- You must have excellent project and organizational skills and an eye for the smallest details
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, in addition to excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
- A solid understanding of the various marketing channels, platforms and best practices including digital, social, and marketing via email.
- Self-starter must be competent enough to take projects forward, prioritise work and stick to deadlines
