Key Responsibilities
- Buses should be driven along the marked routes in a safe and punctual way
- Respect the timetable, keep regular stops and observe the guidelines for your route
- Assist passengers in boarding the bus and detaching from the bus
- Check that the bus is well-maintained and clean.
- Examine the bus for safety issues and make minor repairs.
- Manage disruptions or emergencies for passengers
- Report accidents, delays or other traffic or transport-related issues
- The knowledge of the traffic laws and road security
Qualification And Experience
- Grade 12.
- Drivers Licence Code 10
- PDP
- A formal qualification would be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in driving with clear driving record.
