Requirements
Grade 10. Driver’s License valid. No prior experience is needed. Experience with departmental policies and procedures Public Service Act, Public Service Act All laws that pertain to the Post working understanding of Ministry operations. Skills include: Interpersonal, Computer literacy, Communication both (verbal and written) driving time Management and Conflict.
Duties
Receive and deliver documents, correspondences from various places e.g Post Office, Other Departmental Offices. Transport employees of the Minister’s office and guests as well as special advisers to the Minister and from various areas. Provide general support functions to the Minister’s office. Keep up-to-date with the procedures and policies which are applicable to the workplace.
