Duties And Responsibilities Of The Job
- Execute receiving and reporting administration.
- Receive delivery notes.
- Link invoices with delivery notes and orders.
- Generate reports daily, weekly and monthly.
- Assists with general office administration.
- Assist in quarterly stock taking.
- Generate stock take update report.
- Cash balancing/reconciliation.
- Operate switchboard.
- Client service and customer care.
Job Requirements
- National Senior Certificate.
- Candidates with SAP Knowledge will receive preference.
