Responsibilities
Customer Service
Perform the standard customer service tasks and answer simple customer questions.
Solutions Analysis
Verify compliance with protocols and standards for routine questions.
Receiving Visitors
Help visitors receive visitors and respond to diverse inquiries, and refer more difficult issues to colleagues.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data
Make sure that the basic details of customers stored inside the software are current and note down subsequent actions promised, and note of the actions that were that were taken in each sales call.
Customer Needs Clarification
Ask the customer questions, using the multi-level sales process to understand the customer’s needs.
Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting
Contact (by phone and in-person) to potential customers in order to build relationships. Offer a first contact point for the resolution of customers’ complaints and questions.
Operational Compliance
Follow a variety of mandatory methods to ensure that the work is completed according to minimum quality standards or to ensure that the work is in compliance with internal and external codes of conduct and guidelines for conduct.
Business Development
Complete regular business development support tasks and assist others in implementing the established procedure.
Sales Opportunities Creation
Find potential customers by collecting information, referrals, or suggestions from customers who have already been there.
Data Exploration
Choose the appropriate data from data provided by other sources and enter that information into spreadsheets or other standard formats.
