Responsibilities

Customer Service
Perform the standard customer service tasks and answer simple customer questions.

Solutions Analysis
Verify compliance with protocols and standards for routine questions.

Receiving Visitors
Help visitors receive visitors and respond to diverse inquiries, and refer more difficult issues to colleagues.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data
Make sure that the basic details of customers stored inside the software are current and note down subsequent actions promised, and note of the actions that were that were taken in each sales call.

Customer Needs Clarification
Ask the customer questions, using the multi-level sales process to understand the customer’s needs.

Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting

Operational Compliance
