Job Description
- Sell Insurance or Media product sales to existing customers
- Effectively handle outbound calls quickly, efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize the customer account and personal information to provide complete, detailed and exact information so customers can make informed choices regarding insurance options
As an ideal candidate you will need
- Matric qualification / NQF4 qualification
- Experience working in the Insurance industry (advantageous)
- Experience working in a sales setting (advantageous)
- Experience at a call centre (advantageous)
- A high level of security since you’d be able to access personal and customer account information
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Excellent selling abilities
- High accuracy
- A keen eye for detail
- High levels of energy
- The ability to perform under stress
- Self-motivated and self-driven
- Your personal, reliable evening ride between and to Parow
- Flexible working hours (08:00 until 21:00)
