Job Purpose
Undertakes tasks/activities associated with the collection, batching and distribution of mail and
other related correspondence/documentation, preparing and serving beverages, reporting on the
adequacy of beverage/ingredients stock levels and providing general office support.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Performs specific tasks/ activities associated with the provision of an internal messenger service.
- Undertakes specific activities associated with preparation, serving and maintenance of beverage stock and utensils.
- Obtains consumption information from flow meters for specific services located at various fresh produce market facilities.
- Completes internal procedural documentation for inspections, checklists and meter reading consumption schedules.
- Undertakes specific tasks/ activities associated with the provision of general support.
Essential Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license
- 3 Months relevant experience.
- Computer Literacy
- 6 Months relevant experience.
