Area Manager Job Description

We’re seeking an individual who is self-motivated, with retail management experience as well as the ability to operate in the fast-paced, constantly changing environment. The savvy and knowledgeable retail professional should be a part of our team’s commitment to high-end fashion, quality and exceptional customer service. They can assist in increasing sales and profits while keeping costs within budget, and improving the appearance and service provided by every store in the location. The incumbent will be accountable for ensuring that KPI’s are met for six to eight stores.
Key Responsibilities
We are in search of an individual who is self-motivated, with retail management experience as well as the ability to operate in an ever-changing, fast-paced context. This experienced and focused retail professional must adhere to our standards of quality, fashion and superior customer service. can assist in increasing the turnover and profits, while keeping expenses within budget while also improving the aesthetic appeal as well as the customer experience of every the stores within their area. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that KPI’s are met for six to eight stores.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications of Matric (a business-related qualification will be advantageous) Experience or Knowledge previous experiences as an Area Manager for several stores

- Turnover and target driven while being mindful of security
- Good planning, administration and time management abilities
- Good interviewing and recruiting abilities
- Great management abilities and exceptional IR abilities
