A Grade 12 certificate. No prior experience is required. Experience working in a vocational rehabilitation environment is an added benefit. Knowledge: Compensation Fund, policies, procedures, processes. Understanding and application of pertinent laws and regulations that affect The Orthotic & Rehabilitation Chief Directorate (COIDA). Data collection, Analysis and strategic reporting. Batho Pele Principles (Customer Services). Public Service Act (PSA). Public Service Regulations (PSR). Public Service Regulations (PSR). Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Legislative Requirements: None. Skills: Digital Acumen. Conflict Management. Communication. Stakeholder Management. Customer Service Delivery Innovation.

Duties

Support for ensuring effectiveness of administration. Support supply chain clerical in the Directorate. Support for personnel administration clerical services to the Directorate. Offer support for financial administration within the Directorate.
