Main purpose of the position
Ensure that shearing service administration is processed according to company policy as well as providing good customer service to producers.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12;
- Post-school degree / diploma will be an advantage;
- 2 years experience in administrative / financial environment;
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English;
- Valid drivers license will be an advantage.
Skills
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Excel Intermediate;
- Good telephone etiquette;Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Must be able to prioritise;
- Must be able to function well within a team.
Responsibilities
- Shearing services invoicing;
- Provide assistance to the Admin Officer in Receipts and Handling. Capturing FICA and shearing advices;
- Handling of TFO debtors accounts;
- Collection of documentation;
- Daily shearer purchase / payment controls;Handling stock takes of TFO shearing equipment on AS400 system;
- Handling of shearing service queries;
- Assist the trading branch – Booking out of stock to branches and clients;
- Weekly diesel reconciliation, invoicing and controls.
- Preparation of transport invoices for approval and payment.
