Key Performance Areas
- Give strategic direction to MUT’s quality assurance duties.
- Facilitate, manage and use quality systems and processes all through the
institution. - Assist in the development and modification of academic programs.
- Give strategic direction and assistance to the audit of the institution and review
processes. - Control and make sure that you are in that you are in compliance with external quality assurance requirements of external quality assurance.
- Lead faculties to implement improvement plans and forming
Common understanding among institutions of quality and the related procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- A Doctoral degree, preferably with an specific academic training.
- Seven years of teaching experience within an educational setting.
- Three years of experience in management at the level of HOD
- Experience and expertise in quality assurance in the HE sector.
- Expertise and experience in the curriculum development process and evaluation
