Duties & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the entire management of your website,
  • Perform with the utmost urgency in responding to any client’s request, and act promptly,
  • Best use the resources allocated to the contract in order to maximize production of cleaning. When the SLA sets out requirements regarding resources to be followed,
  • Output-based contracts have to be efficiently managed,
  • Together with HR proactively oversee a pool of qualified personnel to ensure interruptions in service delivery.
  • Check that work schedules and job cards are available for each job and applicable to the site.
  • Make sure that consistently high standards of service are met for all services within the scope of regular inspections.
  • Unit closures will receive the proper service up to the last trading day, and all procedures that concern staff equipment, billing, and other costs are addressed within the month following closing,
  • Maintaining excellent quality of service by identifying and reducing the possibility of cancellation, and creating strong client relations with key clients,
  • Make sure that employees are properly and neatly dressed, displaying the appropriate badges. Insist on how important it is to uphold the image of the company throughout the day,
