Experience

Appropriate experience in a Supply Chain Management. Appropriate experience in Procurement Process.

Minimum educational qualification

Senior Certificate (or equivalent) Mathematics Literacy, Accountancy as a passed subject or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post.

Duties

Perform tasks related to procurement administration such as inviting quotes for goods and services; processing requisitions on the Supply Chain (LOGIS) system from need to order; tracking orders through their fulfillment; following up on orders; communicating with suppliers. Assist with annual inventory stocktaking; communicate and draft minutes for Quotation Committee meeting on rotation; provide monthly SCM reports to supervisor; support him/her within Supply Chain Component.

Remuneration

R 228 321 – R 268 950 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer’s contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
