Their goals are the production of a high quality product, on time and on-time and with the fastest lead time and constantly improving the way we work.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of an operational strategy for production lines, that is in line with the strategic goals that are the focus of TFG D&M. This would include the goals, quality reliability, speed as well as flexibility. most cost-effective method to implement the plan.
• Assists in ensuring that production planning meetings are held, and that production activities, preventative maintenance and maintenance plans are followed in order to maintain the quality of the product and ensuring that budgets are met
• Supervises and inspires an entire team, while keeping an emphasis on continual improvement
• Examine financial statements, activity reports as well as other performance data to assess productivity and identify the areas in need of cost reduction and improvement

Requirements:

• Achievement in the field of Clothing Management or industrial Engineering or Operations Management or equivalent
• Five years’ previous experience in the same role
• Clothing Manufacturing Experience, Lean Manufacturing Principles and Practices, TPM, TQM and Quick Response
• Microsoft Office as well MIS exposure are an advantage
