Production Leader
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric (Grade 12) with Maths & Science and / National Diploma in Chemical Engineering is highly beneficial
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- Two to three years of production experiences in a production context
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts field round checks and operates process equipment
- Monitor the conditions of equipment, processes and control equipment and control.
- Collecting samples and transferring them to the laboratory according to the schedule.
- Implements operating discipline guidelines, procedures, and processes to ensure the safe as well as efficient operations of the assigned area of the plant
- Utilizes troubleshooting skills to solve process-related issues and deviations.
- Perform the tasks that are assigned to operations
MINIMUM CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to physically and technically work in a heavy chemical and industrial environments
- To adhere to the established guidelines of the work process in the company.
