Requirements
Grade 10. Valid driver license. Experience is not required. Knowledge: National Traffic Regulations. Public Service Regulations (PSR). Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Public Service Act (PSA). Batho Pele Principles. Interpretation (ability to understand the road signs and map book). Pre-Trip Inspection / Vehicle Safety Inspection. Road rules. Skills: Analysis. Communications (verbal or written). Computer Literacy. Listening. Interpretation (ability to understand road signs and maps). Pre- Trip Inspection / Vehicle Safety Inspection. Driving.
Duties
Use a light or medium motor vehicle for transporting passengers and transport other things e.g documents and mail. Complete all the necessary and prescribed logs and records books pertaining to the vehicle as well as the items handled. Provide clerical support/ messenger service at the relevant office.
