What will you do?
Responsible for planning, organizing and supervising the department. Controls the activities of the department via subordinate supervisors. They ensure that the staffing levels are met in place, that the department is properly trained and company quality standards are met. Coordinates with the other departmental leaders. Make sure that every level of skill within the center’s communication department is at the specified level of service. The incumbent is in charge of the budget, monitors costs, makes decisions and participates in the development of team members. Review Call Centre industry benchmarking locally and internationally.
Minimum Experience Required
- Grade 12/Standard 10, NQF 4
- Relevant qualification/certification
- RE05 (Representative)
Minimum Qualification Required
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the field of Insurance (Project Services or Management)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience with commissions payments and the rules governing commission payments.
- Five years or more Client Services Experience with a Direct Short-Term Insurance company
- Minimum 3 years’ retention or Experience in Collections
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
