Job Purpose
Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical components of the ERWAT wastewater and water treatment equipment. Create SOP’s and update them as required.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct the maintenance of electrical systems on every ERWAT sites. Find electrical problems and offer solutions quickly. Stay up-to-date on the most recent trends in technology, safety procedures and technologies. Make and fill job card and follow up on work orders in accordance with the maintenance schedules you have planned. Install the latest electrical devices. Maintains workshop equipment, tools, and vehicle in order to ensure the availability and operation of essential items and making sure that safety is maintained. Responds to emergencies and breakdowns when required and/or tasked with solving immediate safety issues. Repairs and maintenance of PLC or SCADA systems as an intractable component that of electrical systems. Keep a tidy and organized workplace.

Minimum Requirements:
- Electric Trade Test N2 OR Equivalent
- Successful completion of an electrician apprenticeship preferred
- Code * Code Driver’s License
- At least 3 years of working in the field of Electrician in the water and wastewater treatment industries
Special Requirements:
- Ability to work on your own and guide others.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment
- A complete understanding of electricity.
- Computer Literate
