Requirements
Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 Equivalent is desired; additionally a certificate in logistics and warehousing would be beneficial. Minimum three years supervisory experience working for an abattoir/ FMCG company would also be helpful as would an understanding of human resources/people management and holding an IR/ People Management certification, plus possessing a valid Forklift driver license – plus willingness to work overtime shifts/ weekends when required.
Skills Required
Organisation and Coordination. Good Communication Skills. Accuracy and Attention to Detail. Exceptional Reporting Skills, Planning Skills, Problem Solver Qualities and Team Player Qualities all play key roles when under pressure.
