OneCart Job Description

As an individual concierge shopper you’ll be expected to provide advice and direction on the products you purchase and make orders ready for delivery and assist customers with concerns. You will need to demonstrate outstanding communications skills and work to exceed expectations of the customer. Personal concierge shoppers must be in the store during business hours.

To succeed as a Personal Shopping professional, you need to be efficient and energetic. You should also be attentive to the smallest of details with outstanding customer service. Excellent Personal Shoppers enrich the shopping experience and can resolve any problems to the satisfaction of the buyer.

Duties and Responsibilities :

In assisting customers to make the most effective purchases by offering advice, assistance and excellent customer service.

• Assisting customers in fulfilling ordered orders and making payments in person
• Quickly and efficiently responding to complaints from customers and demands.
• Informing customers of alternatives to discontinued, dated or inaccessible products.
• Reporting any issues with customer service problems, supply shortages, or defective items for Management immediately.
• Interacting with customers and making sure any instructions given to the client are adhered to.
• Assuring that the orders are correctly identified, scanned, and then packed.
• Assisting with order collection and packaging, loading and making payments, if required.
• Keep track of the available products and offerings.
• Collaboration with department stores to ensure that service delivery is efficient.
• Maintain a consistent management of priorities in order to reach all goals.
• You must follow any legal and reasonable directions that you receive from your superior.
• Work as a part of the team and help teammates to achieve common objectives.
