KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with the creation and processing purchase orders, making sure that the order is accurate and complete.
- Monitoring the status of orders and communicating on behalf of suppliers in order to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Assist in compliance and procedures: Assist in ensuring that procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations as well as working with other teams to monitor the expenditure.

Supplier Communication:
- Assisting in supplier communication and responding to questions and updating customers on the status of orders.

- Assisting in the coordination of replenishment of stock to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
Research and Analysis:
- Conducting market research in order to identify potential suppliers and products. Also, assist with the selection of suppliers and sources Assist in sourcing suppliers, getting quotes, and helping with the process of awarding contracts for buying products and services.
- Assistance in costs analysis as well as identifying potential to save money.
General Support:
- Perform clerical work, like the filing of data, entry and reporting preparation.

EXPERIENCE REQUISITES (MIN)
- Diploma in Procurement/Supply Chain Management/Logistics
