Are you someone who can

  • Help with guidance and changes or new risk tools.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of risk tools and evaluate their impact on the company.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of reports to be presented at various Risk Committees
  • Make sure that data integrity is maintained, and data structure and mappings to business lines are accurate.
  • Review workflow issues within the loss data systems.
  • Documentation processes that improve general ledger reconciliation and track extracting data for reporting.
  • Review the requirements documented and oversee deliverables.
  • Find areas of risk through analysis of root causes.
  • Check out action plans for different risk tools.
  • Review risk reporting and escalate problems.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the management of change risks within an organisation program and project risk control, and the business structure (such as understanding capabilities and work item risk)
  • Develop an understanding of the fintech risk in the industry as well as the management of risk for vendors.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have

  • a BCom or Diploma in Risk Management or equivalent financial qualification
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a risk management function, preferably in a financial institution
