Main purpose of the position

Ensure that shearing service administration is processed according to company policy as well as providing good customer service to producers.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12;
  • Post-school degree / diploma will be an advantage;
  • 2 years experience in administrative / financial environment;
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English;
  • Valid drivers license will be an advantage.

Skills

  • Computer literate (MS Office);
  • Excel Intermediate;
  • Good telephone etiquette;Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
  • Must be able to prioritise;
  • Must be able to function well within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Shearing services invoicing;
  • Provide assistance to the Admin Officer in Receipts and Handling. Capturing FICA and shearing advices;
  • Handling of TFO debtors accounts;
  • Collection of documentation;
  • Daily shearer purchase / payment controls;Handling stock takes of TFO shearing equipment on AS400 system;
  • Handling of shearing service queries;
  • Assist the trading branch – Booking out of stock to branches and clients;
  • Weekly diesel reconciliation, invoicing and controls.
  • Preparation of transport invoices for approval and payment.
