Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree / Advanced Diploma / B. Tech degree on NQF level 7 in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience with multimedia creation tools
- Knowledge of current e-learning trends and technologies
- Basic understanding of HTML and digital content creation
- A desire to learn and a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
- Ability to quickly adjust to new environments, tasks, and challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the incumbent include, but not limited, to the following:
- Assist in developing online course content and learning materials under the guidance of senior Instructional designers
- Support the creation of storyboards, scripts, and basic multimedia elements for online courses
- Help organize and curate educational resources and content for online learning modules
- Participate in quality assurance reviews of course materials and provide detailed feedback
- Aid in the maintenance and organization of the digital content library and learning management system
- Assist in documenting best practices, procedures, and training materials
- Support the team in researching and evaluating educational technology tools and resources
- Any other tasks as may be assigned.
