Job Description

Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking a Cashier with experience for their retail store in Paarl Mall in Paarl. Provide customer service at the point of sale and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Track customer transactions using the operating system of Dis-Chem, as per company policies and normal operating procedures, with no tolerance to inaccuracies, and the removal of risk of fraud

Essential:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Minimum of six months’ in cashier/till operations.
  • Computer literate – MS Office
  • Excellent abilities in math
  • Proficient ability to master the English language
  • Basic customer service
  • Can be willing and capable of working during at retail hours

Advantageous:

  • Third additional language
