Experience:

Minimum One Year Recruitment and Selection Experience within FMGC Sector

A day in the life of a HR Intern

  • Support in all Talent Acquisition administrative activities: Conduct relevant psychometric tests and background checks of new hires before conducting administrative checks/on boarding for them as well as pre-boarding documentation process support.
  • Engaging with successful candidates and conducting assessments (MIE-Educational/Criminal Checks/ Reference Checks and Psychometrics Evaluation). Pre-boarding communication includes gathering the required documents: Employment Form, Relevant Medical/Pension Docs and Union Registration.

What will make you successful?

  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Human Resources; 1 year’s experience preferably Talent Acquisition.
  • An understanding of recruitment and selection processes. Experience managing multiple stakeholders effectively. A fluent English communicator who understands FMCG sector.
  • Good numeracy skills, analytical abilities and team player. Self-starter with Service Oriented mindset. Flexible working hours preferred but willing to adapt. Highly Tenacious, Self Disciplined and Results Focused are desirable characteristics.
