Minimum Requirements:

Purpose of the Role
To provide an end-to-end support within the HR Team.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering:
Support the implementation of HR strategy by working closely with the HRBP. Conduct weekly and monthly HR dashboard analyses. And schedule performance improvement plan sessions.
Support the planning and implementation of employee engagement activities. Time and Attendance: Weekly/monthly tracking for absenteeism/OT issues as well as report generation to provide insight. 100% compliance to Global Working Hours Policy is achieved.
Learning and Development: Assist learning team in their administrative responsibilities and the identification of learning needs in our organization.
Employee Relations: Fully adhering to labor legislation is something we take very seriously and aim to achieve with each and every client.
- Document and keep accurate records regarding employee relations cases and maintain accurate records. Minute taking during union meetings and disciplinary inquiries; assist with reports and presentations related to employee relations; participate in workshops or training sessions designed to strengthen workplace relations.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various employee relations projects. Conduct research on best practices related to employee relations and workplace harmony.
- Coordinate Employee Relations activities, union meetings and take minutes during those meetings; derive actions and monitor their fulfillment while working closely with an Employee Relations Specialist in gathering bundles of documents for case hearing logistics.
